Suspend / Unsuspend a Sub-Reseller

You can Suspend a Sub-Reseller from within your Reseller Control Panel, shutting down their access to their Reseller Control Panel.

Suspending a Sub-Reseller

Follow the below mentioned process to Suspend a Sub-Reseller:

  1. Login into your Reseller Control Panel, search for the Sub-Reseller you wish to Suspend and proceed to the Sub-Reseller Details view. Click here to read how >>
     
  2. Click on the Suspend button to Suspend the concerned Sub-Reseller.
IMPORTANT
  • Suspending a Sub-Reseller will also Suspend all the Sub-Resellers and Customers below this Sub-Reseller.
     
  • All the Services under this Sub-Reseller chain would remain active.

 

Unsuspending a Sub-Reseller

Follow the below mentioned process to Unsuspend a Sub-Reseller:

  1. Login into your Reseller Control Panel, search for the Sub-Reseller you wish to Unsuspend and proceed to the Sub-Reseller Details view. Click here to read how >>
     
  2. Click on the Unsuspend button to unsuspend the concerned Sub-Reseller.
IMPORTANT
  • Unsuspending a Sub-Reseller will also Unsuspend all the Sub-Resellers and Customers below this Sub-Reseller.
     
  • Sub-Resellers and Customers Suspended due to some other reason (not due to the parent Sub-Reseller's Suspension) would not be Unsuspended, once the parent Sub-Reseller is Unsuspended.
